The Falcon Evolve Steel Rigid Mountain Bike is a fantastic men’s rigid bike offering great performance on the road, paths and light trails. The Evolve takes the traditional design of a rigid mountain bike and moves it into a new arena, thanks to the wide but smooth rolling slick tyre. The tyres provide really good grip on all paved and maintained pathways to give you re-assurance in any weather, and are a lot more efficient and comfortable than a more knobbly MTB tyre.
The Evolve features 18 gears, providing smooth gear shifting thanks to the Shimano rear derailleur and micro-shift rotational gear shifter, to allow you to tackle hills with ease. Sturdy wheels give you a great foundation as the deep section alloy rims are sturdy and lightweight.
Front and rear V-brakes stop the bike in a controlled manor whilst comfortable soft compound grips ensure you can ride for hours without blisters. The Falcon branded saddle provides ample height adjustment and front-to-back refinement thanks to the rail adjusters. The quill handlebar stem provides a large range of adjustment for a perfect fit on this great, practical bike.
